 with a swirl of herb oil

Pearls of Honeydew melon and orange segments,
 drizzled with Cointreau liqueur

Home smoked duck breast fanned onto seasonal leaves, 
complemented with a red onion marmalade

Large sardine grilled onto a herb croute, naped with
tomato and herb sauce, gratinated with mature cheddar

Roast pork served with roast potatoes and sage and
 onion stuffing

Fillet of fresh salmon baked in lemon and caper butter,
served onto dressed baby spinach leaves

cream of white wine sauce

Button mushrooms sauteed with shallots, flamed in
Brandy, finished with Paprika and cream, served
with steamed rice
