Here at The Lion Hotel we’ve become well known throughout Derbyshire for our authentic, delicious pizzas made in our stone bake oven. Pizzas are made to order using our own tomato sauce recipe and the freshest ingredients, and we have a menu of pizza toppings for you to choose from. From traditional combinations such as tomato, cheese, ham and mushrooms through to a pulled pork pizza which has pulled pork, barbecue sauce, smoked cheddar and caramelised onion – you can take a look at our full pizza menu online.
Try Something New on Your Pizza!
Pizzas are served Monday to Friday 12pm-3pm, 5pm-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 12pm-9pm. We also have takeout available, so you can take advantage of our delicious pizzas even if you’re in a rush. If you have a sweet tooth our Nutella pizza with strawberries and tomatoes is a hit for old and young alike. We have so much fun making our pizza oven that we’ve even made some fun Peppa pig pizzas for the little ones.
