Afternoon Tea Delights in Derbyshire

Afternoon Tea Delights in Derbyshire

As normality comes back around, we all deserve a spot of pampering. For some, this is a trip to the spa, for others a day at the beach, or maybe even some retail therapy. But for others, the key to relaxation, and usually to the heart, is through the stomach. So why not treat yourself and a loved one to a beautiful Afternoon Tea here at The Boars Head Hotel.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is a great way of spoiling yourself, or a loved one, to a tasty treat, without feeling guilty. Delve into a selection of sample sandwiches, including salmon and cream cheese and ham and tomato. There’s something for all tastes, and a great way to try some new flavours. Once you’re finished with your sandwiches, you can enjoy some mouthwatering homemade cakes and scones, complete with fresh cream and locally sourced fruit preserves. You can wash it down with our freshly brewed filter coffee, or our selection of teas including chai teas.

Beautiful Surroundings

Our Afternoon Tea is served in our relaxing bar area which looks out over views of Sudbury. You can enjoy your afternoon tea, before heading out for a stroll around the Derbyshire countryside, or swap it round and take your stroll and end up at The Boars Head Hotel to finish a wonderful morning.
