It’s August, and temperatures are hitting 30 degrees in a heatwave, but guess what the team here at The Boars Head are doing? Preparing for Christmas! That’s what they’re doing! Our Chefs have been hard at work in a hot kitchen trialling all the new dishes that we will be seeing across our festive menus this year. Sadly no turkey just yet though, it’ll be ready for December!
Christmas Day
A time for relaxation, for family and friends, opening gifts and having a great time. But year after year there is always that one person who misses out by being chained to the cooker all day. Or someone who dreads that mountain of washing up that is inevitable after Christmas dinner. So this year, why not treat them to a day away from cooking, and truly spend time with the family this Christmas day and get yourselves booked in? We have the British favourite turkey dinner, complete with all the trimmings, and for those who want a little something different, we have a selection of other Christmas day dishes! Boxing Day
For those who decided to spend Christmas day at home, and take on the cooking, firstly we applaud you, secondly, we know you’ll want to take boxing day off! That’s why we’ve pulled together our best yet boxing day menu. Take the day to relax, spend time with your family, and talk about the previous day. You’ll be glad to know that there is no turkey in sight on this menu. After seeing turkey every day for the last 25 days, we’ve given our chefs a break. Instead, they have been able to create a fabulous boxing day menu that allows their creativity to capture the tastebuds of all our guests.
Christmas Fayre
