Next comes the main event.
Our traditional hearty breakfast brings together sausage, bacon, black pudding, eggs and all the familiar favourites. There are vegetarian and vegan breakfasts on the menu too, so everyone can find their own way to start the day.
Fancy something different? Try Eggs Benedict with streaky bacon and hollandaise, Scottish smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on buttered seeded bread, or an omelette filled with wild mushrooms, Spanish onion and mature cheese.
