Festive Fridays with Sophie Sax

Christmas Dinner, Without the Washing Up
Our three-course Christmas Fayre menu has plenty to tempt you, from honey-roasted parsnip soup and smoked salmon pâté to roast turkey with the trimmings.
There are alternatives too, including daube of beef, cod loin and a butternut squash, spinach and chestnut Wellington. Then comes dessert, with Christmas pudding, apple and blackberry crumble and more to choose from.
The menu is served from 27th November to 24th December, with a Christmas cracker and festive napkin included.
Christmas Fayre is £29 per person, with a £5 supplement on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm, making a Friday evening meal £34 per person.
Christmas Eve with a Local Brass Band
For many of us, Christmas Eve is when the festive feeling really arrives.
The shopping is nearly finished, the presents are hopefully wrapped, and it’s time to sit down and enjoy yourself.
Join us on 24th December for our Christmas Fayre menu accompanied by a local brass band, priced at £34 per person.
A festive meal and the sound of brass-band music? That’s a lovely way to start Christmas.
