Start Easter in Style with Three Divine Courses
The first part of our three course Easter offerings is a selection of sensational starters including chicken and ham hock terrine.
A firm favourite with our customers with its clean and fresh flavours complimented perfectly with pickled silverskin, cauliflower and brioche croutons.
Alternatively our smoked haddock and chive tart with cheddar sauce and watercress is a filling combination for lovers of fish dishes.
An explosion of flavours – our pea and rocket broad bean puree with poached egg and sour dough crostini is another irresistible menu choice.
The final starter offering for Easter Sunday is comfort in a bowl – our homemade roasted carrot and basil soup, with sour cream and black pepper croutons. Ideal for vegetarian and vegan customers as well as everyone else, it blends rich flavours and healthy and enriching ingredients for an unmatched taste.
Once you have devoured one of these starters you have the choice of main courses including brown sugar glazed gammon, rosemary and garlic shoulder of lamb, chargrilled chicken breast or pan seared sea trout fillet and round things off with a selection of our homemade puddings.
