COVID-19 Update: A Message To Our Guests

Here at The Boars Head Hotel, we are doing everything we can to keep you up to date with developments in regards to COVID-19. As you are all aware, the situation is ever-changing and we are committed to staying as informed as we can. Currently, we are working hard to adhere to the latest advice from WHO and guidelines issued by local authorities and the government.

The JC Hotels family is committed to protecting and promoting the well-being of our staff and guests. As always, health and safety falls at the top of our list of priorities and as such we are currently actioning a wide range of measures to support in slowing and preventing the spread of the virus. In an ever-changing situation, we are constantly making adjustments and adaptations to our day-to-day operations where necessary.

Increased cleaning and sanitising procedures are now underway at The Boars Head, and we are limiting the number of bookings we take to allow plenty of space between tables. Hand sanitiser and hand wash are readily available throughout the premises, and we encourage all visitors to follow the WHO guidelines in regards to regular handwashing.

If you do find yourself in a position where you are self-isolating or social distancing, we are offering vouchers which can be purchased for use at a later date, giving you something to look forward to in the future. We are also offering free delivery on all gift vouchers, so no need to come and collect them directly if you would rather not.

At this time, The Boars Head Hotel and Royal Boar Restaurant are open for business as usual. Unless we are instructed to do otherwise, we will continue to extend a warm welcome to all guests and customers.

All our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where allergens are present. We therefore cannot guarantee that all our dishes are free from traces of allergens.
