Pitching At The Boars Head
If you are looking for a relaxed place to pitch your caravan, look no further than the Boars Head. Our pitches have water and electric hook-up included, and you’ll find all you need right here at the hotel. As part of the caravan club, all of our facilities are maintained to a high standard, including the toilet and the grounds. Not to mention you are welcome to join us in the hotel for a bite to eat. Our fabulous location means that you can use us as a base if you want to go and adventure into the Derbyshire countryside, or off to the peak district for the day (we fully recommend this). You are welcome to make our site feel like home, including bringing pets, the use of groundsheets and BBQs (please raise them from the floor and refrain from disposables)
Gastropub In Derbyshire
While we know that many caravaners love nothing more than being fully self-sufficient while they are aware, we also know how important is it to treat yourself to some good food and drink, where you don’t have to worry about cooking or cleaning up. That’s why pitching at one of the best gastropubs in Derbyshire is worthwhile. Our hearty menu has something for everyone. From those who love the traditional taste of a hearty roast to those who are more inclined to try something new, like our favourite Yakitori sticks.
From luscious vegetarian dishes to mighty meaty dishes, you can dive into anything that takes your fancy. Not to mention we also have a fabulous breakfast selection, from granola pots to the royal boar breakfast, or even book yourself in for a champagne breakfast! You might want to enjoy your caravan, or the great outdoors a little more while you eat, don’t worry, we offer a complete takeaway menu. Just pop in, order, and take it back to your comfy place! We won’t be offended!
