There are just 2 sleeps until Christmas and the year is drawing to a close. So, we’d like to say a huge thank you on behalf of JC hotels in Derbyshire to all of our customers for a fantastic year. Over the past 12 months, we have welcomed customers both regular and new through our doors and we’ve loved every minute of it!
As a family-owned and run hotel, our guests are hugely important to us. We hope you’ve enjoyed staying with us as much as we have enjoyed having you. And we hope to see you again in the new year.
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be continuing to welcome guests throughout Christmas to stay in our hotel and dine at our restaurant. But before we wave goodbye to 2019, we thought we’d share just a few of our highlights of the year as we gear up to do it all over again in the new decade!
2019 At JC Hotels in Derbyshire
It’s safe to say that 2019 has been exceptionally good to us. And we are so proud to look back at all the fantastic times we’ve had with our guests.
For Valentine’s Day, we played host to a plethora of loved up couples at our Champagne Breakfasts. Our guests enjoyed a mouth-watering three-course meal throughout February and March – along with a glass of our finest bubbly, of course! We also paid tribute to mum’s everywhere by helping to make Mother’s Day extra special with our carefully selected menu.
Towards the end of spring, we had the pleasure of reopening our Caravan Club at our stunning 4.5-acre site in Ashbourne. And we also hosted a wide range of thrillseekers from Alton Towers throughout the year, too.
Summer was all about the food, sport and enjoying great times with good friends. Throughout the season our beer garden was filled with sunshine and laughter as our guests soaked up the sun by day and enjoyed good music and good company throughout the night.
All in all, it’s been a fantastic year – and it’s not over yet! On December 31st we’ll be hosting a show-stopping New Year’s Eve party, where guests will enjoy a delicious meal and tunes from our resident DJ all night long.
