The morning will begin with a choice of granola, fresh fruit, or highland oats, each of which are served with delicious accompaniments. Next, we offer the choice of a traditional full English, a grilled ciabatta and prosciutto, a divine Scottish smoked salmon, or a traditional omelette. The grand finale will be a choice of fluffy fresh baked croissants and Danish pastries with a selection of preserves.
