Our head chef will create a delicious fish special which will change regularly, giving you the opportunity to try exciting fish dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients- locally sourced where possible.

The Skippers Catch will change on a regular basis but here’s an example of what we’ll have on offer from our current special:
‘Pan fried fillet of megrim sole, caught aboard ‘The Sapphire’ landed into the Port of Newlyn, St Ives, Cornwall. Served with a lobster & cognac bisque, basil parmentier potatoes, florets of Staffordshire broccoli and baby coriander.’
