Get Your Skates On
Derby’s very own ice rink, the Cathedral Quarter Ice Rink will be back from the 3rd to 31st December. Suitable for adults and children over 5 with toddler sessions available for children under 5. Bring the whole family and get your skates on for a session. Prices start from £7.50. After taking to the ice, enjoy a warming hot chocolate or mulled wine. Looking from the ultimate Christmas market experience? Then, make sure to visit Chatsworth House & Gardens between the 4th to 26th November to witness the Chatsworth Christmas Market. With over 100 stalls to choose from, it is the ideal place for Christmas shopping. Surrounded by twinkling festive decorations, live music, gourmet food and outdoor bars, it has everything you want. Dogs are also welcome, once they are on a lead. Admission to the Christmas markets is free, however, you will need to book a car parking ticket in advance.
